This is how I canceled my timeshare legally!

Vacations are where timeshare sales reps catch you. The good mood, the afternoon beers, a full tummy – it’s no wonder that a timeshare looks like the best piece of investment ever! So, I signed up and when I got back home - the reality of the monthly payments sank in,  and  I started panicking. Some frantic googling showed that I am not alone and there are several things one can do to cancel timeshare ownership . This is how I  canceled my timeshare ownership – Step one, I immediately hired a timeshare cancellation company with lawyers! The cooling-off period was tiny and was over before my holiday, so I couldn’t just hand in a cancellation letter (yes, that’s an option, but this is usually around 5-7 days depending on your state laws).
